• Sing your way through stress: Worship reframes reality. It lifts your eyes from the waves to the One who walks on them.
• Serve someone quietly: Nothing jump-starts joy like Spirit-led actions of love.
• Rest as resistance: Sabbath says, “God is God, not me.” That humility is fertile ground for joy.

• Morning—Mercy First: Pray, “Father, by Your mercy, this day is Yours. Use my abilities, profession, and relationships for Your purpose.” Read a short passage like Psalm 23 or Romans 12:1–2.
• Midday—Integrity Check-in: Ask, “Where can I align my words and actions more fully with the gospel right now?” Adjust accordingly.
• Afternoon—Forgiveness Filter: If offended, pause. Pray, “Lord, I release this to You. Show me wise steps.” Consider Ephesians 4:31–32.
